      Troubleshooting: LE-only (Laird) PTS dongle is not recognized by PTS

      Laird Connectivity BL654 USB Adapter (Part No 451-00004) is utilized by PTS.

      PTS documentation refers to this module as "PTS LE-only dongle".

      Before the module can be recognized by PTS, it must be programmed with PTS-specific firmware using

      the PTS Firmware Upgrade Software. PTS Firmware Upgrade Software can be downloaded here.

      • After it has been installed, run the PTS Firmware Upgrade Software and follow the prompts.
      • IMPORTANT- Make sure to select the correct dongle to upgrade.
