If you can no longer access Bluetooth Atlassian Confluence or Jira sites and have received the following message below, your account was most likely deactivated due to inactivity.
The users can reinstate their access to Bluetooth Atlassian Confluence/Jira site(s) from the link on the GroupMan group home page.
To reinstate your account access:
Step 1: Log in to GroupMan (DotOrgLogin) and navigate to your Group Home Page
When the user logs in to their Group Home page in GroupMan, they will see the following text box if their access to Confluence/and or/ Jira has been revoked.
Step 2: Click the link "Re-enable Bluetooth SIG Atlassian Site Access" in the text box.
Your account is now reactivated! The page will update, and you will see a link to the Atlassian site.
You will also receive a confirmation email informing you that your Atlassian account has been reactivated.
If you cannot log in after following these steps, please submit a Zendesk ticket, and we will look into it!
