Why haven’t I received a Receipt Number?
If you paid by credit card, you will receive an email with a receipt that will include your Receipt Number; no invoice is associated with this Receipt Number since the transaction was completed online. If you did not receive a receipt, please email us at AR@bluetooth.com.
If you paid by check/wire/ACH, we may have received your payment without an invoice number. Please send the bank payment remittance along with the invoice number you wish to pay to AR@bluetooth.com.
Please note that in some cases it may take a few business days for the bank to process your payment.
