Launch Studio's feedback system allows you to quickly indicate your satisfaction with Launch Studio and suggest improvements or report issues to the Bluetooth SIG's Qualification staff. We encourage you to use this system to let us know about your experience with our qualification tools and how we can improve.
Providing Feedback
To provide your feedback, while using Launch Studio, click on the "Feedback" ribbon on the right side of the browser window:
In the "What are you looking for" dialog box, you can select "Feedback" or "Report a Bug." If you select "Report a Bug," you will be taken to the Bluetooth SIG's support system to submit a support ticket. This will ensure that we get the report as quickly as possible.
If you click on "Feedback," you will be provided with a screen to select a star rating for your experience with Launch Studio. Select the star rating, and the box will expand to provide you with a text box to provide more details about your experience or provide suggestions.
If you wish to take a screenshot of a particular screen or portion of the Launch Studio tool, click on the Camera button to initiate the screenshot tool.
You can use the three tools in the top left, Highlight, Comment, or Pen, to draw attention to a particular element or add additional notes. Once completed, click on "Add Screenshot" to add this screenshot and your edits to your feedback submission.
You can also use the Record feature by clicking the record screen button to the right of the camera button. This will allow you to record your interaction with Launch Studio and include that recording with your feedback.
When you are ready to begin recording, click "Record Screen" and perform the actions within Launch Studio you wish to demonstrate in your feedback. Once you are finished, click on the "Stop" button on the bottom right, and the video will be added to your feedback submission.
Once you have indicated the star rating along with any comments, screenshots, or recordings, you can click "Submit" to send your feedback to the Bluetooth SIG.
