Refund for DIDs purchased before Launch Studio TOU update on 25 February 2021 (internal view)

The Finance Team began to send out email communications to DID owners regarding DIDs purchased before Launch Studio TOU update. I want to share with you below as well as a screenshot of the email.

  • A Support Request Ticket is the only method we will accept a refund request.
  • A user must log into our website and pick the category "Declaration ID Refund Request", or go to this link https://support.bluetooth.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001435571 since a specific form is set up for this.
  • If anyone has issues using their DID or unrelated payment inquiry, please open a regular support request (not using the specific refund form link)
