Follow these steps if you have attempted to log in and are receiving the error message "Invalid username or password. Please try again."

  • Please make sure that you are logging in with your username and not an email address
  • If you forgot your password, please reset it here
    • After resetting your password, you should receive an email with a link to update your password. If you do not receive this email, please:
    • Go back to the "Forgot Password" page
    • Enter your username instead of your email address into the form field provided
    • You can retrieve your username here
