How can I change my company's name with the Bluetooth SIG?

To change the company name on a membership account, the Primary Contact for the account should submit a support ticket with a completed Form 3100 "Name Change Request Form".

The below information is required to complete the form:

  1. The reason for the company name change
  2. The company's current name on the membership account 
  3. The membership number
    1. View your membership number here
  4. The company's new legal name (in the language of jurisdiction)
  5. The company's entity type 
  6. The jurisdiction of formation 
  7. Trade name/DBA if applicable
  8. Company website if applicable
  9. Email domain 

Additionally, please submit an official document that contains both the previous name and the new name of the company, such as:

    • A government business registration document
    • A notice in a published annual report, or similar

*A press release or a signed letter from a CEO does not meet our requirements.
