      Design Information Correction Request

      A member company may request to correct errors in Design information in a previously submitted Bluetooth Launch Studio project.

      The Design information fields that may be corrected are listed below:

      • Design Name
      • Design Model Number
      • Design Description
      • Design Hardware Version
      • Design Software Version
      • WiFi Certification ID
      • Reference Integration Notes
      • Listing Date

      The request must meet the following requirements:

      1. The request may only be to correct an error due to a mistake or accident
      2. The request must be submitted by the user currently listed as the “Declared by” user of Declaration within Bluetooth Launch Studio
      3. The Declaration has not previously been corrected
      4. The correction request date is within 1 year of the original submission date of the Declaration
      5. The Qualified Design ID in this Declaration must not be referenced or integrated by other Declarations
      6. For error correction requests other than changes to the listing date, written or electronic proof must be provided showing the correct information (published design info, or photo of sales/packaging material). Proof must be dated with a date on or before the original submission date of the Declaration
      7. If the request is to correct the Listing Date of the Declaration, the new Listing Date must not be more than 90 days after the original submission date

      The below information and request form must be submitted to Bluetooth SIG

        1. The request must be submitted with “Design Information Correction Request” as the request summary and the following:
        2. Correction Request Form (download; fill out, and sign the request form and attach it to the Support Request

      Dated Proof: For all requests other than those limited to correcting the listing date field, attach to the Support Request dated proof supporting the error correction request (see #6 above)
