A Declaration ID is a unique identifier for a Bluetooth® design listing and is required to submit a product to Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) for qualification. In this workflow phase, link a Declaration ID to the project.
A single Declaration ID may represent multiple products that contain the same Compliant Portion without any changes. Changes to Compliant Portion of a product will require a new Declaration ID.
To pay the Declaration fee and be issued a Declaration ID, select Pay Declaration Fee.
Select a Declaration Type. Fill out the purchasing information, scroll down, and select Pay Declaration Fee.
A copy of the receipt is emailed. The Declaration ID will become available after the Bluetooth SIG has processed the payment.
*Note: $4,800.00 USD is the standard fee for Associate members, $9,600.00 USD is the standard fee for Adopter members. More information on Qualification fees.
Manage my company’s Declaration IDs is where various functions like paying additional Declaration fees or requesting to transfer Declaration IDs within the company are managed. Selecting this link will automatically navigate away from the workflow screen. To return, select the browser’s back button.
The company’s Declaration IDs eligible to be linked to a project are listed under Available Declaration IDs. Select a Declaration ID then choose either Save All Changes or Save and Continue to Review at the bottom of the screen.
