      How Do I Locate and Filter Archived Specification in the Specification Workspace tool?

      1.  To locate a legacy, deprecated, or withdrawn specification in the Specification Workspace (SWS) tool, first access the homepage, then click the Archived Specs tab. archived_1.png
      2. When opened, the Archived Specs tab will as a default display all archived specifications.all_archived_2.png
      3. To filter results, click the tab by which you wish to display results. In this example, only the withdrawn specifications will be displayed. Filtered results are immediately provided.withdrawn_only.png
      4. To filter Archived Specs by version, click All in the Filter State by tab.all_filter_only.png
      5. Enter the version of the specification or the keyword into the search box. In this example, typing in the word Core will automatically return specifications with the word Core in the description. Core_only.png
      6. Another way to find an archived specification is to sort by the Specification Name column.
