      Qualifying a Design that Implements Bluetooth® Mesh Technology

      Qualifying a design with Bluetooth mesh technology is the same as qualifying Profile Subsystems. The two sample scenarios below outline the process:

      Scenario 1:

      You already have a qualified Bluetooth design (e.g., End Product or the combination of Host + Controller Subsystems), and you want to add Bluetooth mesh.

      1. Complete the qualification process of a Profile Subsystem that includes Bluetooth mesh. 
      2. During the declaration process, reference your previously qualified design (e.g., End Product or the combination of Host + Controller Subsystems).

      Scenario 2:

      You have a proprietary/custom mesh + qualified Bluetooth design (e.g., End Product or the combination of Host + Controller Subsystems), and you want to switch over to Bluetooth mesh.

      1. Complete the qualification process of a Profile Subsystem that includes Bluetooth mesh.
      2. During the declaration process, reference your previously qualified design (e.g., End Product or the combination of Host + Controller Subsystems).
