规范集合改进计划概述
产品的互联互通性是蓝牙品牌的核心价值，也是蓝牙技术的核心优势之一。规范集合改进计划（Specification Portfolio Improvement Program）是通过鼓励会员公司采用最新版本的蓝牙规范来推广全球（蓝牙）产品的互联互通性和产品质量。该完整计划涵盖了蓝牙资格认证政策的几项重要更新、旧版本规范Deprecation以及Withdrawal 以及现行有效蓝牙规范的维护性版本更新的发布。
董事会鼓励会员公司不遗余力的在其产品中采用最新版本的蓝牙规范以推广互联互通性，提高质量并提供最佳的用户体验。同时，董事会也欢迎会员公司对规范集合改进计划（Specification Portfolio Improvement Program）提出反馈意见，会员公司可在帮助与支持页面通过选择BoD Feedback提交您的宝贵意见。
资格认证程序政策更新
自2019年1月28日开始，按照规范集合改进计划（Specification Portfolio Improvement Program），会员公司将不能执行以下操作：
- 以25,000美元的单价为采用deprecated规范的新设计购买声明ID（Declaration ID）
- 基于一个集成了使用deprecated or withdrawn规范的设计的列名（listing）提交subset设计（design）
- 向包含withdrawn规范的设计列名添加产品
- 提交任何在ICS选择了deprecated or withdrawn规范的项目（project）
- 提交任何引用包含withdrawn规范的QDID的项目（project）
