Note: In order to prevent driver conflict, we recommend that you disable your PC’s Bluetooth module in the device manager.
To disable your PC’s Intel Bluetooth driver:
- Open the “Device Manager”
- Expand “Bluetooth”
- Right click on “Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)”
- Click “Disable device”

Click to 'View' on the menu. Select 'Drivers by type' and 'Show hidden devices' on the drop-down menu.

Do this step for all Drivers with '(ibtusb.inf)' as the picture. Select it and Press 'Delete' key on the keyboard and press 'uninstall' on the popup.
To install the driver:
- Download the driver available at https://pts.bluetooth.com/download
- Start the command line tool in administrator mode
- Go to the folder location of driver file (ibtusb.inf)
- Type the following in the command line:
Pnputil /add-driver “ibtusbpts.inf” /install
To verify the driver version:
- Open the “Device Manager”
- Right click the driver file and then click “Properties”
- Click the “Driver” tab, and check the version number
- Verify that the version number matches the given driver file's folder name
