16-bit UUID Payment Questions

Is there a fee to obtain a 16-bit UUID?

Yes, each UUID is $3,450 USD. A maximum of four UUIDs can be purchased per request. To purchase more than four UUIDs, please submit another ticket.

How long will it take to process our payment for a 16-bit UUID?

The payment processing time is dependent on the member company’s banking institution. Please submit a support ticket and include your payment invoice number for payment-related questions.

What payment types are accepted?

You can use a credit card through the Bluetooth Product License page, or PayPal. If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket.

Can I request an invoice for my company so we can provide payment?

An invoice will automatically be generated once you start the payment process. Please submit a ticket to request a 16-bit UUID before starting the payment process.

Does my UUID expire? Is there a maintenance fee?

When a 16-bit UUID for Members is purchased, that UUID is permanently assigned to the organization. The UUID does not expire, and there is no maintenance fee

How do I remove the old invoices that were not paid?

To remove or edit any old invoices, please submit a ticket with the invoice number that you are trying to remove or edit.
