When do I have to use the ™ symbol on the Auracast™ trademarks?

The trademark symbol, "TM", should accompany the Auracast™ word mark when the mark first appears in a particular piece and on its most prominent use.

In regard to the use of the trademark symbol, "TM", with the figure mark and combination mark - it should always accompany each logo. The only exception to using the TM with the figure mark and combination mark is if the logos are going to be printed so small that the TM would be unrecognizable. If the TM will be omitted due to the small size of the figure mark and/or combination mark, the licensee MUST include the footnote to show proper ownership of the logos and that they are registered trademarks. For full instructions on using the trademark symbol, TM, with the trademarks, please download the Bluetooth Brand Guide here.
