Add a name to the meeting attendance report

If someone attended a meeting, but their attendance was not logged, then they can be added to the attendance report manually by either Bluetooth SIG Staff or a Group Chair or Vice-Chair.

  1. Go to https://www.bluetooth.org/groups/default.aspx
  2. Select the group name.
  3. On the group home page, select View Attendance Report.
  4. Find the meeting to be updated.
  5. Select the link in the Total Attendees column.
  6. On the roll call page, select Add Individuals.

  7. Search for the user and select their name from the dropdown.
  8. Select Add User.
    • Multiple users may added at the same time. To add another user, search for a different name and select Add User.
  9. Select Finish.
