How to access Specification Documents in Spec Workspace (SWS) ?

To view specification documents (including draft documents) in Specification Workspace:

1. Navigate to a desired Specification Project page:

         To find the desired Spec Project:

a. First, navigate to the SWS homepage, click the tab Spec in Development > in the search function, type the name of the "specification" > select the specification under Project Name.

  b. Once you click on the specification,  it will take you to that Specification Project page

2. Once on the Specification Project Page, navigate to the Phase tabs and select the desired phase for which you want to view documents for.

3. Under "Document Section," expand the container to view all documents for the selected stage of the project. Use the arrows to look through the documents in the container
